The following services are available to NSPCA members to improve operational performance, prepare for accreditation, and support successful project execution.  These services are intended to complement—not replace—the professional engineering, legal, consulting, and project management services members may require for specific projects.

Quality Management & AMPP QP Support

• Assist with AMPP QP gap analyses to assess readiness for initial or additional QP accreditations.
• Mock AMPP QP audits at offices, shops, and project sites.
• Assistance preparing AMPP QP applications, renewals, and supporting documentation.
• Advice and best practices on corrective actions in response to audit findings.
• Discounts on independent internal and third-party audits for accredited and non-accredited contractors.
• Documentation reviews designed to help members evaluate quality systems against AMPP QP, ISO, and applicable contract requirements.
• Discounts on independent field audits to evaluate work practices against AMPP standards, specifications, and company procedures.

Project & Technical Support

• Educational review of coating and Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) specifications to help members identify technical considerations prior to bidding.
• Guidance on preparing government project work plans and quality documentation.
• Educational review of project submittals and quality documentation to identify potential improvements and best practices.
• Discussion of applicable standards and technical requirements related to project specifications.
• Support workforce preparation for AMPP 'C' certification examinations where local training is unavailable.

Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS)

• Guidance on OSHA, EPA, and state regulatory requirements.
• Gap assessments of existing compliance programs.
• Guidance regarding responses to OSHA, environmental, or owner citations and assistance identifying appropriate compliance resources
• Guidance and sample resources to assist members in developing or improving quality, EHS, and compliance programs

• Supplier, laboratory, subcontractor, and operational assessments focused on quality, safety, and environmental compliance.

Training & Education

• Coating Application Specialist (CAS) training.
• 1–3 day Quality Control training.
